Sessions timing is 9 AM to 1 PM & 6 PM to 11 PM IST. You can choose your timing as per your convenience.
Yes. You will receive recordings of your sessions. We strongly recommend watching your recordings after your LIVE sessions. You would be surprised by the feedbacks you will get about yourself by just watching the recordings.
You can pause your sessions when you are not available and resume when you are ready again.
