  • With coworkers, it's typically advisable to adopt a casual tone: Hi Maria,...
  • I appreciate your support.
  • Keep it brief.
  • Mention the wonderful effort they accomplished and the favourable results:
  • Your knowledge was essential for our project.
  • Without your assistance, we couldn't have completed it effectively.

  • Future collaboration with you will hopefully be closer.
  • I'm eager to collaborate with you once more.

From: Paco

To: Maria

Subject: Thanx

Hi Maria,

I hope  you are well.

I just wanted to thank you for your assistance with the assignment last month. We sincerely appreciate your helping us out. Thank you so much, I know you had to put in extra time to catch up on your own work.

Without your expertise, we would not have been able to effectively complete this job. You were a huge assistance, and we hope to collaborate with you once more on future projects.

Regarding potential future partnerships, I'll be in touch with you again shortly. This year, I'm looking forward to working with you more closely.

All the best,

Paco
